Ingredients for the syrup:
250 milliliters Water
125 grams Sugar
30 grams Glucose
Ingredients for the almond rocher:
250 grams slivered almonds
50 grams Syrup
55 grams owdered sugar
Kirsch
500 grams milk chocolate, compound nalang – no tempering
How to prepare Almond Rocher
1. Moisten almonds with syrup, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cherry liqueur.
2. Roast in the oven at 350F until slightly brown. Cool.
3. Mix with dark chocolate, 2 parts chocolate- to three parts nuts.
4. Spoon into molds. Allow to set.
